I want to empower individuals to explore what their boundaries are. Which are boundaries that protect, and which are limiting boundaries to provide permission to push past. By doing so, we are not only serving ourselves, but also serving the community we inhabit.

My common ground is that just like anyone else, I am still learning. I am and always will be learning, growing, and shifting. Like any other human, I also need rest and use time to reflect. You can expect to explore what softness and power feels like for you when intertwined together.
