MY IMPACT: I want to shift how we view this industry. There are so many beautiful benefits that moving your body can have past anything to do with aesthetics. I want to encourage your mindfulness, your mental wellness, and your connection to others. Lets move together BABY! I grew up dancing and struggling with my own body image issues, so being a part of an industry where I can help others and myself all in one is amazing and very fulfilling to me! You can expect fun, laughs (mostly at me) and a whole lot of sweat, swass and swoob.
