We know that finding different ways to connect IRL can be difficult right now and that everyone is doing their part to reduce the spread of COVID by sticking with their small social bubbles.



Move With your Crew allows the space for you to connect with the friends, family, or co-workers who are already in your bubble through movement.

  • We tailor a movement program specifically designed for you and your crew based off of our focus tag model.

  • We pair you up with one of our all star instructors for a 4-week program.

  • Groups of 4 or 6 only. (if you are interested in smaller personal training groups contact info@cmmngrnd.ca

  • You meet at the same time every week in our private studio space (just your crew and your instructor).

  • We follow strict COVID-19 policies to ensure the entire space and all the equipment you use is disinfected.

  • All ‘Move With Your Crew” programs are designed with our signature trauma-informed, body neutral, and gender neutral approach.
