I’m fuelled by connection- with self, with others, and with our natural world. I aim to help my students cultivate deeper connection and belonging in their bodies, minds, communities, and lives. What makes any community stronger is diversity in perspective, experience, and expertise. I love to create space for everyone to be themselves, without judgement. I’m passionate about activism, social justice, anti-racism and decolonizing work, and am always listening and learning.
I aim to offer an experience of therapeutic embodiment that meets the student where they are, empowers them to do what feels best for them- and offers a variety of options to meet their individual needs. My hope is that when students attend my class- they feel accepted and included, and encouraged to do less, and BE more.
