Movement has lifted me from the grave more times than I can count. It has given me the space to dream my biggest dreams. Nourished me in my body, mind and soul. Taught me how I want to contribute to this Earth and everything that lives on it. My hope is to foster time and space where we can explore expression together, and beyond that, work within it as a collective force.

Truth is, there is some days I've properly fed myself, moved my body, got a good sleep... but most days I only check 1 of 3 boxes. Some days, the hardest part of this world is to live in it. I want to share in the highs and lows. It's hard and sticky and messy and dark and really lonely a lot of the time. I want to laugh, scream, cry, sweat it all out - this is the only way I know how to survive. And then, thrive. We are all in it together. 

Expect to attune to the universal waves we are ALL riding, cosmic insights and a true blue wild desire to let loose and let go. A space to celebrate what you are capable of. And oh yes, there will most certainly be some wiggles and giggles.
