I want to create an experience where we can be free from expectation to be truly present inthe authentic truth of ourselves each class. The shared experience of moving together in a dark room to incredible music can be freeing, transformative, and sometimes cathartic. To know that we can all show up exactly as we are, in the moment each and every time, and that’s enough.

Get messy, screw up, let go, and allow the rhythm to move you. 

I have been teaching spin, strength and conditioning for five years in Vancouver and it’s a passion and privilege. Born and raised in Vancouver, as an openly queer man I bring a lifetime of rich experience, successes and struggles that help inform everything that I do. It’s the different colours and textures of life that interest me most, but living in the grey and in-between places are where I find the opportunities to grow, learn and evolve.
