I have had the opportunity to work with indigenous communities across Turtle Island - coming together to heal collectively, reclaim our voices and step into our power. I hope to bring that same sense of community to Vancouver - regardless of our background. When we allow, acknowledge, accept and integrate the abilities of every individual, we create an opportunity for the advancement of the whole. When we embrace the beauty of each individual, we open up the possibilities of who we can become collectively. A place where you can remove the masks, the labels and the roles that we wear within society - even if it’s just for a minute while on the mat. A place where you are seen for your unapologetic, authentic self. My goal is to have each student feeling a sense of liberation through mind + body + spirit connection.
