As a strength and movement coach my goal is to help folks from all walks of life to build a healthy and loving relationship with their body and the planet. This includes embracing the imperfections of life, leaning into fun and excitement, and finding a balance that can be maintained long term.
Strength and movement are just one part of the work needed to live sustainably, as taking care of the bodies we call home allows us to take care of the world around us. I see this not as self-care, but the care we are owed as humans walking on this sweet earth. It allows us to better engage with the causes, communities, and people that we love. My goal is to help you find the movement practice needed to best care for your mental and physical health, so we can all in turn care for one another and the planet.
