Soft mental presence is required. This is a practice of going inward. Gentle presence is recommended… but we also encourage you to let your mind roam or take a nap. restful, peaceful and all the ful’s. let the whitecaps turn to calm rolling waves.
QUICK SWEAT
Plyometric. Anaerobic. Fast twitch. No time is wasted as we head directly into energetic, heart-pumping movement.
SLOW SWEAT
Isometric contraction. Aerobic. Slow Twitch. Progressive movement to build up heat and perspiration.
MIGHTY
Muscle hypertrophy- your muscles will be worked. This may be through body weight, free weights, or resistance bands. Strength building practice.
PLAYFUL
Remember jungle gyms? The movements in the practice are free flowing and creative. Enjoy yourself with a lighthearted practice.
RHYTHMIC
Movement is dedicated to the beat of music. Different bpm’s indicating different levels of exertion. Expect choreography and coordination
HYPERFOCUS
Strong mental presence is required. This is a moving meditation where you will be too focused on the workings of your body to be concerned with any outside stressors. Awareness is called to the movement at hand.
